  • Where we ship

    We send all UK orders via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day. Overseas deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Tracked, any additional custom fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Repairs

    We offer free repairs where there is a structural failure of the product (e.g the wire snaps because you forget to take it off before bed). The buyer must cover their own postage. If you take the piss, we may stop offering you free repairs.

  • Returns

    We don't offer refunds. However, the length can be adjusted, but the buyer must cover their own postage.

  • Where do you get your beads?

    Ukraine, USA, Peru, Czechia, Netherlands, UK.

  • Don't

    Don’t sleep, exercise, shower, bath or swim in your beads. The paint on some beads can chip if you repeatadly throw it on your bedside table.
